The Rose of Sharon Funeral
Service was named from the Old Testament Book of Solomon. (Solomon
2:1)
The Rose of Sharon Funeral Service began serving the Giles County
community in 1991. The Founder, Pastor William Howard Smith, along
with Mrs. Willa Rose Sherrell Smith, sought a way to serve and help
people through a difficult time in their life, losing a loved one.
The Rose of Sharon got its
start in the former residence of the late Dr. William Albert Lewis
at 910 North First Street, Pulaski, TN. In recent years, it relocated
to the former Holly's Printing location, a triplex commercial building,
purchased by Mrs. Willa Smith.
It is an independently owned business that offers
families’ funeral goods and services at an affordable price.
The Rose of Sharon's staff is dedicated to serve the Giles,
Lawrence, Lincoln and Maury County communities.
